Hum, are you sure? the <tools/presys.h> and <tools/postsys.h> headers
aren't empty...
I am quite sure... those headers are not empty, but
STLPORT_VERSION < 321 is nobody's concern. (git log says that
the first version committed is 4.0, in 2001.)
