Could you investigate whether this _USE_NO_NAMESPACE gets defined on any platform?
I did full grep on clone. There is no match.
And shouldn't you just remove the #ifndef and #endif lines, but keep the enclosed "using" 
statement, unconditionally now?
Oops, you are right.
On the other hand, it seems that most identifiers are fully qualified
and using statement could be easily removed. I will rework patches to do that.
