[libreoffice-design] LibreOffice changing background colour please help

Hi,
Please could someone lend me a much needed helping hand to help me change
the colour of the background area that the “Writer” document sits on. At
present it is a very light grey and it hurts me eyes unfortunately. I would
very much like to change it to a darker grey or a darker colour.
