To me, that is no reason to not give users a enhancement request - provided it is valid. We can ask other users of Traditional Chinese their opinion.
* toggeling settings - e.g. threaded calculations - need restart, UI unclear about this + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124323 + same is also true for T>O>View>Graphics Output, for example + message box, tooltip, infobar, static text...
Just needs a restart-dialog IMO.
