Impress can handle 

JSON - GL Transmission Format
DAE - COLLADA
KMZ - Keyhole Markup language zipped

And I would recommend to have 3D models as extensions.

PS: Surprisingly I cannot insert 3D objects in Draw; will file a bug report -> tdf#104730.
