Last summer, I have successfully completed the project of Review of the sidebar and its functionalities with LibreOffice in 2015. I feel that I will be a suitable fit for the project as in my previous GSoC project I worked on moving some of the Area fill controls to the sidebar tab and created the shadow sidebar tab,so I am familiar with the related Area fill code and its dependency with sidebar and toolbar controls.
