A friend of mine recently pointed out that if you have any of the toolbars
docked to the side the icons are center aligned.  This normally would be a
good thing as the padding is the same on both sides. However if you have a
toolbar like the 'Standard' toolbar where there are buttons that are
horizontally larger, due to a combobox arrow or suchlike, then the
appearance becomes messy due to the center now being calculated on the
arrow part as well.  I'm not entirely sure on how LO handles the layout
code for the toolbars (and thus how easy it might be to change) but from a
design perspective wouldn't it be nicer to have them left/right aligned
with a padding from the window border to them?
