Because of disagreements over the 4.0 branding, we're setting up a poll to
help us reach a solution.

To vote for a proposal, add 1 to the number next to it. To vote against
it, subtract 1. You may vote for as many proposals as you'd like, but you

The deadline for voting is February 9th, 2013, 16:00 UTC, after which
