Sorry this comes a little late ... the new theme is online for
testing, so although I don't have to spend much time on that now, time
is still short. Just one quick comment on the Calc icon, as
promised...

How about something like the OOo 3.2.1+ Calc icon, where the bars of
the graph overlap with the cells [1]? I envision contrast being a
problem but maybe you can come up with a magical solution (e.g. tweak
the colors of the bars, put a 1-2px white border around the bars?)
