Time zone is CEST, or UTC+2.
I have shuffled some talks, and your is now scheduled at 1PM CEST (13:00
CEST) on the same day, or 4 hours before the previous schedule. In Japan
it should be 8PM JST (20:00 JST), but please double check.
You will receive an email for the change of time of your talk once the
new schedule will be finalized. I am waiting until the weekend, and then
we will announce and publish the final schedule.
Best regards, Italo

I live in Japan.
So I would like to know which time zone this is.
If it is UTC, then JST is 2am.
If so, please change the start time.
