[libreoffice-conference] lunchtime and use of tables

Hello,

the restaurant of Dokk1 has asked us to not occupy all of the tables,

which is a fair ask, as we otherwise take them away from their paying

guests.

We therefore would like to ask you to move into one of our rooms (M1 or

M2) for lunch. We'll have as much space and fun there as outside. ;-)
