first of all, let me express my sincerest sorry for being so incredibly late with this. TDF tries to refund valid expenses as quickly as possible, but given the large amount of requests, and other heavy workload, we didn't find time until yet to finally investigate this topic.

The board has already approved a budget covering all requests so far, and subject to a quick final check of the validity, we can initiate payments soon.

Within the next 60 minutes, I will send e-mails to everyone who has requested refunding for the LibreOffice Conference. In case you have not received an e-mail from me by tonight, but have filed a travel refund request, chances are you only sent it to one individual board member directly and I don't have it on screen, or the mail got lost.

In this case, please ping directly, so I don't miss your request.

Again, sorry for being so late on this,

Florian Effenberger, Chairman of the Board (Vorstandsvorsitzender)
