Hello everyone,

this is a last call to send in your travel reimbursement requests for the LibreOffice Conference.

*Tomorrow*, at 1800 UTC, we will close the submission. Requests sent in after that deadline will not be considered. So, if you plan to ask for travel reimbursements, please remember to send in, before that time, a short request and the estimated amount to treasurer@documentfoundation.org, ideally with your receipts already.

We will then, based on the available budget and the requests, get back to you shortly thereafter. As a general rule, TDF can cover lodging and travel, plus a per diem amount under certain circumstances, for those who have no other means for sponsoring or otherwise couldn't afford to go to the conference.

All details and policies are available at http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/TDF/Policies, but for the initial request, sending in the estimated amount, ideally with receipts, to treasurer@documentfoundation.org is sufficient.

As Thorsten said during the conference already: If you have no other sponsor, and attending the conference put a financial burden on you - please don't be shy!

Florian
