[libreoffice-conference] IRC channel

Hello,

for those who don't know yet, there also exist several official 
LibreOffice IRC channels at Freenode. We propose that during the 
conference, if you want to get in touch with others, you simply connect to

        irc.freenode.net
        at channel #libreoffice

Chances are you meet many community contributors there! ;-) For your 
convenience, here's also a quick and handy link:
