We are very close to the formal announcement, and you will get an answer
to all your questions.
In any case, certification will be possible only for TDF Members until
the end of 2014, and then it will be possible also for non members. To
qualify for the application the requisites will be quite similar to
those necessary for TDF Membership.
We will provide training materials online, but if you are not a TDF
Member it will be necessary to attend a one day seminar in English to
apply. Certified professionals will be LibreOffice ambassadors, and we
must be extremely careful.
