Icons Proposal
Hi Mikle, Design, and Accessibility teams,
To ensure our proposal aligns perfectly with real-world accessibility
challenges, we want to provide some crucial upfront context regarding
Evangelos's desktop testing environment.
Due to his visual impairment, Evangelos uses a 23-inch desktop monitor
running at its system-recommended native resolution (1080p Full HD),
combined with high OS DPI scaling (150% - 200%).
This specific configuration directly highlights why our proposed Phase 1
(Tango SVG) and Phase 3 (Menu Bar Scaling) need to be prioritized:

   1. Asset Blur: On a 23" display at native resolution with high scaling,
   non-SVG raster icons pixelate heavily, creating immediate visual strain.
   2. Layout Breakage: The VCL menu bar elements require precise, dynamic
   boundary scaling to maintain usability on larger, high-density layouts.

We are flagging this hardware setup now so it can serve as the baseline
use-case for testing the UI rendering and icon crispness.
