Hi Michael and Design Team,

Thank you for forwarding the report to the design mailing list. Bringing
the design and UX teams into this discussion is an excellent step forward.
Many of the proposed structural changes rely heavily on a seamless
alignment between visual design and accessibility standards.

To assist the team during the review, I would like to highlight three
critical points regarding the technical architecture and user experience:

   1.

   *Accessibility Value of the Tango Theme:* The distinct color grammar and
   structural shapes of the Tango icon set are vital for visually impaired
   users who rely on shape recognition rather than text.
   2.

   *Toolbar Customization:* Tango’s architecture natively supports dynamic
   toolbar rebuilding (adding/removing buttons). It is crucial that users
   retain this flexibility without breaking layout constraints or losing
   screen reader focus anchors.
   3.

   *Kernel-Level Lock Audits [Office 97 Engine]:* We must execute strict
   thread-contention profiling (specifically around the SolarMutex) before
   deploying new visual assets. If the core legacy layer contains hidden
   locks, dynamic icon scaling and toolbar customization will freeze the UI
   loop when accessed by Assistive Technologies (AT).
