[libreoffice-accessibility] I am having the same issue. What I eventually had to do was tab away from the table, then shift tab back to it a few times. It does have some verbiage, but eventually NVDA will land in the 2 edit boxes, and the list, which can be navigated with the up and down arrow keys. That options dialog also seems to crash a *lot* with NVDA running.
