Thanks for the link.
I had also asked the same question in 2020 and can tell you that all
levels of Canadian governments and school boards require ACR
(Accessibility Conformance Report) using the VPAT template for software
acquisition. I also checked on Mexican requirements, and, although not
required, apparently more and more at different levels of government
institutions some are requiring ACR.
I wonder if this could be part of a contracted job with the TDF? Just so
that it is done right at the outset and maintained thereafter by volunteers.

Hi Jennifer,
thank you for bringing this topic here. Unfortunately, there is
currently no completed VPAT available yet.
Some discussion around publishing one has happened previously in the
community forum [1]. If you are interested, please feel free to join
the discussion there.
Best regards,
Michael

Good morning, Team,
I work with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania approving software for
use in our IT environment. We are currently utilizing the LibreOffice
Draw program and are required to confirm the availability of a VPAT
(Voluntary Product Accessibility Template). I have reviewed the
accessibility information provided on your website and appreciate the
level of detail included. However, for our internal software approval
process we are required to request a completed VPAT document. Could
you direct me to the appropriate contact(s) to confirm whether a
current VPAT document is available? I have attached a VPAT template
for reference. Thank you in advance for your time and attention
pertaining to my inquiry. I look forward to hearing from you.
Have a great day!
