[libreoffice-accessibility] moving between headings in a document

hi,
if I have a document with different heading levels in it, how do I use the
keyboard to quickly jump to the different headings? I know in word I can
just turn on browse mode and do it. In google docs it is control alt n, h.
what is it in libreoffice?
