That's hard to judge/analyze without having access to a sample document. 
If you consider this a bug: Would you mind creating a bug report at 
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/ and attach a (non-confidential) 
sample document there?

It's a bit unclear to me whether you're talking about a single feature 
here or whether these are 2 separate aspects.
That's also because you also mention opening in a web browser as one 
option (where editing with LibreOffice won't be possible). If you want 
that, you can export the document to HTML (using "File" -> "Save As"), 
then open the resulting HTML file in a browser.

Adding support for NVDA browse mode for LibreOffice itself will need 
work in both, LibreOffice and NVDA and is tracked here:

For the alternative mode to navigate between misspellings, I'm not sure 
whether this is directly related to the quick review/browse mode idea or 
more of a separate request not specific to (screen reader) accessibility?

I'm myself not aware of a LibreOffice extension providing that 
functionality, but maybe others do.

Regarding adding a new feature to LibreOffice itself, it's generally 
best to to submit a corresponding feature request to Bugzilla to keep track.
