When I ran into that issue, Freedom Scientific support told me that JAWS would never be compatible with LibreOffice. Since then, Freedom Scientific has been acquired by a venture capital group.

Until that venture capital group legally prohibits the NVDA developers from working on NVDA, that is is going to be your only viable option.
