Unfortunately, I cannot see any helpful information in the backtrace in the crash report (only system libraries are listed).

Correcting myself: Not only system libraries are listed. The crash actually seems to be in UAccCOM.dll, the library that contains the LibreOffice accessibility bridge for Windows. But without knowing where exactly in that library the crash happens, it's hard to tell what the problem is.

It would be ideal to have exact steps to reproduce locally.
(Otherwise, the wiki page at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg contains more information on how to generate a more useful backtrace, which requires some "more technical" steps however.)
