In general, Bugzilla ( https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/ ) is the ideal place to report such issues.

If it's related to the accessibility check, setting the "Blocks" field of a reported bug to "154929" (i.e. the accessibility check meta bug https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154929 ) will make sure that those people subscribed to that meta bug become aware.

For the issue you mention, I've done that now:

I've submitted a potential fix and asked developers more familiar with the code for feedback:
