At least on Windows 10, you can select a file in Windows Explorer, open
the context menu (by right-clicking or using the menu key), select "Open
With" -> "Choose Another app", then select LibreOffice, tick the "Always
use this app to open .odt files" checkbox and press "OK" to confirm.
