The changes will be available in LibreOffice 4.1.1 as well.

I am writing to say that I am doing the happy dance with the accessibility
fixes in Libreoffice 4.0.5. I would like to thank any of the TDF
developers who were involved with this fix. I am thrilled to be able to
use a more current version of LO with NVDA. Will these changes be put into
the 4.1 branch soon?

Again, thank you so, so much for this much-needed fix!!!
