I don't believe the system::beep was (or should have been used) to provide
any substantive feedback for use in Assistive Technology (AT).  

For consistency, believe all feedback, input, and alert aids intended for AT
must be correctly handled with an UNO AAPI  XAccessible ALERT AccessibleRole
event.   

Generating an event that can consistently be bridged for a suitable action
implemented in each AT.

Not by some direct, apparently spurious, audible response from LibreOffice.

So see no accessibility problems with removal of system::beep as it should
not be used in implementing AT.
