[libreoffice-accessibility] Can't get Libra office working with Java access bridge and java7.

Hi :)
The question did get to the list originally but the list was unusually quiet at the time after an 
unusually busy period during the paralympics

Hopefully someone here can remember how to fix the java-bridge or hopefully this wiki-page might 
help
