C'est un peu court comme messsage.
Quel système d'exploitation utilisez-vous ?
Est-elle bien configurée ?
Parfois, l'imprimante dit qu'il n'y a aucune erreur, mais il y a une
erreur de configuration. Surtout sur Linux où on peut parfois être
obligé de passer par cups.
