L'instruction Global n'accepte pas autre chose qu'une liste de variables (avec éventuellement un Type) séparées par des virgules, d'où le message.
Pas d'affectation hors d'une procédure !!!

Comme l'a dit Jean-François, une constante est forcément de type simple
De plus, une constante déclarée hors procédure est nécessairement globale
