Pas moi en tous cas. Sur mes documents avec numérotation des chapitres sur plusieurs
niveaux, la numérotation s'affiche comme attendu quelle que soit la version de LO utilisée.
Comme indiqué par Gérard, pour mieux tester, il faudrait un fichier de test qui chez toi
met le problème en évidence.
