Tu peux utiliser les certificats open source et gratuits CAcert et les
utiliser pour signer, etc. (https://www.cacert.org/) Sous Debian,
Stéphane Bortzmeyer a fait pas mal de billet expliquant comment utiliser
le certificat, tu trouveras tout ça sur le net.
Ensuite pour l'utiliser avec LibreOffice, sous Fichier > Signature
numérique, tu ajoutes tes clés, choisis tes certificats, etc.
