LibreOfficen kehitystä ohjaavan Document Foundationin ensimmäinen hallitus
(Board of Directors) on valittu. Hallitukseen valittiin seitsemän varsinaista
jäsentä:
* Thorsten Behrens
* Florian Effenberger
* Olivier Hallot
* Michael Meeks
* Caolán McNamara
* Charles-H Schulz
* Italo Vignoli
Varsinaisten jäsenten lisäksi hallituksella on seuraavat kolme varajäsentä:
* Jesús Corrius
* Andreas Mantke
* Bjoern Michaelsen
Hallitus on Document Foundationin ylin päättävä elin. Se korvaa aikaisemman
ohjausryhmän (Steering Committee), joka koostui Document Foundationin
perustavista jäsenistä. Hallituksen toimikausi on vuoden mittainen. Se
valitaan vaaleilla, jossa äänioikeutettuja ovat kaikki Document Foundationin
jäsenet. Nyt järjestetyissä vaaleissa äänioikeuttaan käytti 103 henkilöä
yhteensä 137 jäsenestä.
