I'm using this dedicated address because personal addresses aren't
masked enough at this mail public archive. Public archive administrator
should fix this against automated addresses collectors.

Eso lo puedes hacer desde Windows, el preparar el «live USB». De hecho
no importa el sistema operativo que tenga la máquina. Y el soporte
resultante lo puedes usar aunque el equipo no tenga SO, para
utilizarlo.
Aquí hay una aplicación libre que funciona en Windows, y te permite
generar un arranque USB (pendrive) a partir de un fichero .ISO que te
hayas descargado:
