¿Cómo se podría formatear un conjunto de celdas, que sólo pueden tomar
las etiquetas "Si" y "No" de manera que el Si fuera en un color (negro
por ejemplo) y el No en un color distinto (rojo por ejemplo)? 

 De forma análoga al Números negativos en rojo del formato numérico.
