Tenías alguna versión previa instalada?
Has intentado desintalar y eliminar cualquier vestigio de otras
instalaciones? Hay herramientas gratuitas que te permiten hacer eso en
el sistema que usas. Luego podrías reintentar instalar LibO y comentar
como fue.
