Si entras a editar el gráfico y haces modificaciones, estás se pueden
deshacer mientras no salgas del gráfico, en cuanto se sale del gráfico
el deshacer es de calc, no volviendo a tener acceso a las
modificaciones dentro del gráfico, aunque se vuelva a editar.
Desconozco si ese el comportamiento normal o es un bicho, pero es el
mismo comportamiento que en Aoo 3.4
