Que version de linux tiene ?
En mi casa he utilizado ubuntu 11.04 y no he tenido problema alguno

Es que su compu es un compu Linux? Creo que los problemas son solamente
para systemas Linux.
La persona que originó el tema en el foro utiliza windows, por lo que me
parece que es un problema general entre OOo/LibO y Acrobat Reader (con
Okular o Evince los formularios funcionan bien)
