Pablo te recomiendo lo siguiente solo como prueba.

1 Abre el documento con el que tienes el inconveniente 2 2 Copia todo el texto
3 Pegalo en un editor de texto (knote, gnoté, etc)
4 Copia el texto desde el editor de texto
5 Pegalo  en un nuevo archivo de LibO.
6 Aplicale el formato que desees.
7 Guarda el archivo, y suerte.

Ya nos dirás si funciono.
