Da brauchst du doch kein Makro für. Definiere dir einen
Nummerierung-Style, der das gewünschte Aussehen liefert. Dann weise den
Absätzen der ersten Spalte diese Nummerierung zu.


Manchmal übersieht man etwas total Naheliegendes.
