Mal abgesehen davon, dass an dieser Stelle die Funktion GLÄTTEN zwar
nutzlos, aber auch unschädlich ist, kann ich Dein Problem bestätigen.
(Bei mir: LibreOffice 4.2.2.1 auf Ubuntu)

=ZÄHLENWENN(B$3:B$34;GLÄTTEN("---"))
=ZÄHLENWENN(B$3:B$34;GLÄTTEN("-"))
=ZÄHLENWENN(B$3:B$34;GLÄTTEN("xxx"))
Ja. Diese funktionieren korrekt.
Ich habe keine Erklärung dafür, warum die ZÄHLENWENN-Funktion, das
Vorkommen von "+++" nicht erkennt. Vielleicht doch einen Bug melden?
