Dann gib das "unvollständige" Datum mit einem führenden Hochkomma ein.
Also in der Form

'10.1975
'Okt.75
Damit wird diese Eingabe nicht als Datum, sondern als Text maskiert.
Das Hochkomma erscheint dann weder in der Tabellenansicht, noch in
einem Ausdruck. Da steht dann 1975, oder 10.1975, oder Okt.1975.
