Hallo gooly,
Ich (Win 10, 64) habe fest gestellt, dass meine alte Version von LO 24.?.?, obwohl nicht eine Datei geöffnet ist, im TaskManager einen hohe Belastung und Stromverbrauch anzeigt.
Da hätte ich direkt einmal nach dem Benutzerverzeichnis unter Appdata geschaut. Benutzerverzeichnis für LibreOffice umbenennen und Start neu machen.
Was unter Windows noch dazwischen funken kann ist der Schnellstarter. So etwas gab es unter Linux auch einmal, macht aber bei aktuellen Systemen nun wirklich keinen Sinn mehr. Auf SSDs startet LO hier innerhalb von ca. 2 Sekunden. 

Also: Auch einmal nach dem Schnellstarter schauen.
