Hallo Jörg,
für eine Eingabe nach Koordinaten verwendet man am besten eine CAD-Software. Ob das in Draw geht, 
weiß ich nicht. Einfach aus den Koordinaten Länge und Breite nehmen. Damit kann man in Draw 
arbeiten.
