Hallo Christoph,
ich habe das folgende getestet: Writer aufgerufen, Datenquellen aufgerufen, ein Feld in das Writer-Blatt gesetzt und dann den Standardfilter betäigt. Da kann ich dann Filtern. Daten werden entsprechend gefiltert angezeigt. Gehe ich wieder auf den Standardfilter, so wird mir die letzte Filterung angezeigt. 

Ich kann da (unter Linux) keinen Fehler finden.
