Mir ist etwas unklar, was Du wissen willst. Würde Deine Frage lauten: "
Ich möchte das sich in der Formel =B2+B3 die B3 nicht verändert wenn
Zeilen eingefügt werden" wäre die Antwort klar: $B$3 statt B3.
Aber mit dem Zusatz "und nachher B14 ist" wird die Sache rätselhaft: Was
wird B14? Ohne diese Info lässt sich Deine Frage leider nicht beantworten.
