Hallo,
ist bei mir auch der Fall und sicher auch schon bei LO 6.x.
Installation mit Win10 Pro und als user mit Administratorrechten.
Weil es nur ein Hakerl war, hab ich das ignoriert und immer nach der
Installation neu gesetzt.

aber nicht, ob es schon zu 6.x-Zeiten so war), dass ein im
Installationsdialog gesetzter Haken bei "LO beim Systemstart laden"
keine Auswirkungen hat. Ich musste dann immer einmal im
Extras-Optionen-Dialog unter Allgemein die Option manuell (erneut)
setzen.
Ist das bei Euch auch so? (in meinen Fällen bezog es sich immer auf
ein zum Installationszeitpunkt aktuelles/neuinstalliertes Windows 10
(64bit), meist Pro, selten Home.
