[de-users] Falsche darstellung von ß,Ä,ö,....

Hallo,

Wenn ich eine CSV Datei mit Libreoffice öffne, dann werden z.B.

jΣhrlich, F÷rdermitglied, Gei▀ler falsch dargestellt.

In einem Editor sehe ich die Daten korrelt. Kann mir jemand weiter helfen? Ich habe die Deutsche Version installiert Version: 7.1.1.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: fe0b08f4af1bacafe4c7ecc87ce55bb426164676
