Bei mir kann ich den Fehler nicht nachvollziehen. Es handelt sich bei mir
jedoch um ein frisch installiertes Big Sur 11.1 ohne Altlasten. Auch LO ist

der Version 7.0.4 neu installiert worden und stammt direkt von
https://de.libreoffice.org/.
In den Einstellungen von LO unter dem Punkt LibreOffice -> Ansicht ist die
"Hardwarebeschleunigung" deaktiviert.

Noch eine Ergänzung. Den Bugreport habe ich mir jetzt erst durchgelesen und
muss nun feststellen, dass wohl Macs mit Retina-Display betroffen sind.
Bei einem Entwickler soll es auch geholfen haben, die Auflösung zu reduzieren.
Aber das ist nur ein Würgaround und definitiv keine dauerhafte Lösung des
Problems.
