das Problem wurde in Zusammenhang mit Calc auch schon auf
Ask.LibreOffice.de gemeldet:

Es scheint ein Bug zu sein.
Vielleicht kannst du es auf Bugzilla bestätigen:

schnell, praktisch und bequem zu bedienen: [Strg]+[K], URL
eintippen/pasten, [TAB], Text eingeben, [Enter] → fertig. Seit einiger
Zeit jedoch erreicht man das Textfeld gar nicht mehr mit der Tastatur,
sondern muss zur Maus greifen, was zwar nicht unmöglich ist, aber nervt
